Booking and Cancellations

Changes and Cancellations Policy

 

No changes or cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. Cancelling during this period incurs a deposit charge. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

Cancellations or no-shows within 4 hours of your appointment result in a charge for the full appointment, payable immediately or automatically deducted.

Service Policies

Post-Appointment Concerns

 

For service-related issues, contact BY EMMA immediately after your appointment within 24 hours. Issues reported later cannot be addressed, and BY EMMA does not provide refunds.

 

Service Duration

 

The specified time for each service is on the booking page. Cancelling or shortening at the appointment incurs full charges for all booked services.

 

Late Arrivals

 

Being late may shorten your service to avoid disrupting others. For example, a 10-minute delay for a 60-minute lash infill results in a 50-minute session with full cost.

 

Arrival Policies

 

Arrivals over 15 minutes late result in immediate cancellation. Full payment is due immediately, or it's charged to the card on file. Non-payment means no future bookings.

Children and Vistiors

Child Attendance Policy

 

For safety considerations, we request that you refrain from bringing your children to appointments. Our facility contains substances and tools with potential risks, and unfortunately, we cannot provide supervision for children.

 

Guest Policy

 

Please note, in accordance with council restrictions, only one person is allowed on the property at any given time. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this regulation by refraining from bringing additional individuals.

Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit

 

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, expiring in three months if unused. Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances.

Other Technicians Work

Infill Policy

 

Infilling on other technicians' work is not done at BY EMMA. Removal and a full set are required.

Products

Products are non-refundable once purchased or exchangeable.

Packages & Prepaid's

Treatment Package/ Prepaid’s Refund Policy

 

Treatment packages/ Prepaids are non-refundable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

 

No-Show Policy

 

No-shows result in deducting the full cost from the associated treatment package/ Prepaids.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee deducted from the treatment package/ Prepaids.

 

Package/ Prepaid’s Expiry

 

Treatment packages/ Prepaids if you buy between 2 and 9 treatments, you have a 12-month window to use them before they expire. However, if you purchase 10 or more treatments, you'll have an 18-month timeframe before they expire. Unused treatments/ Prepaids within the package expire after this time.

Payment Policy

To streamline our service process, we kindly ask for full payment at the initiation of your treatments. This adjustment is a response to instances of incomplete payment or outstanding amounts owed. Please be advised that we won't be able to accept delayed payments; failure to pay upfront may result in denial of service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
