Alpha- Beta Peel

What is a Alpha- Beta Peel?

If you're looking for an intensive treatment that can completely transform your skin, look no further than this resurfacing peel. Designed for those seeking significant skin correction, this treatment uses a potent mix of Lactic Acid, AHA’s, Salicylic Acid, and Niacinamide to offer exclusive Biomimetic desquamation, a process that seriously rejuvenates the skin, reduces fine lines and uneven pigmentation, improves skin smoothness, clarity, and radiance, and activates cellular regeneration for a brighter, smoother, and more even toned skin complexion!

This treatment is perfect for individuals with oily or problematic skin that requires extreme exfoliation, as it offers intense levels of concentrated ingredients to deeply exfoliate and correct skin imperfections. However, this treatment is not recommended for those with sensitive skin or for individuals who have a special occasion coming up, as it can be quite intense and cause skin sensitivity and redness for a few days following the treatment.

Overall, if you're looking for a treatment that can provide visible and long-lasting results, this resurfacing peel is an excellent choice. Just be sure to consult with a skincare professional to determine if this treatment is right for you and to receive advice on how to care for your skin before and after the procedure.

What does the treatments involve?

The treatment starts with a double cleanse to ensure that the skin is thoroughly clean and free of any impurities. This step involves using a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, and oil from the surface of the skin. The first cleanse is usually followed by a second cleanse that includes a deeper cleanse to remove any remaining impurities and prepare the skin for the exfoliation step.

The exfoliation step is crucial in preparing the skin for the peel. This step involves removing the dead skin cells that accumulate on the surface of the skin, which can make the skin appear dull and tired. The exfoliation is performed using a physical or chemical exfoliant, such as a scrub or enzyme exfoliant, to gently remove dead skin cells and other impurities from the skin's surface. This helps to prepare the skin for the peel and enhance its effectiveness.

The peel is the main step in the resurfacing peel treatment, where highly concentrated levels of active ingredients such as Lactic Acid, AHA's, Salicylic Acid, and Niacinamide are applied to the skin to resurface it. The peel is left on the skin for a specific amount of time, which is determined based on the individual's skin type and condition. During this time, the active ingredients work to remove the top layer of dead skin cells, reduce fine lines and uneven pigmentation, improve skin smoothness, clarity and radiance, and activate cellular regeneration for a brighter, smoother, and more even-toned skin complexion.

The algae mask is applied to the skin after the peel to soothe and calm it. This step helps to reduce any redness or irritation caused by the peel and also provides additional hydration to the skin. Algae is a natural ingredient that is rich in minerals and antioxidants, which helps to restore the skin's natural balance and provide additional nourishment.

The final step of the treatment involves applying finishing products to the skin to hydrate and protect it. This may include a serum, moisturiser, or sunscreen, depending on the individual's skin type and condition. These products help to lock in moisture and protect the skin from environmental damage, leaving it looking and feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
